Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Chemin Cyrux Studio tarafından geliştirilen Saldora Flow uygulamasının kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak burada tanımlanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Verilerin saklandığı yer
Saldora Flow yerel öncelikli çalışır. İşlemleriniz, bütçe limitleriniz, abonelikleriniz, taksitleriniz, borçlarınız, birikim hedefleriniz ve oluşturduğunuz özel kategoriler öncelikle cihazınızda saklanır; uygulama internet bağlantısı olmadan da tüm temel işlevleriyle çalışır.
2. Google ile giriş ve bulut eşitleme (isteğe bağlı)
Google hesabınızla giriş yapmayı seçerseniz verileriniz, yalnızca sizin hesabınıza ayrılmış özel bir Cloud Firestore alanına yedeklenir ve cihazlarınız arasında eşitlenir. Kimlik doğrulama Firebase Authentication ile yapılır. Giriş yapmadığınız sürece hiçbir kaydınız cihazınızın dışına aktarılmaz.
3. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob aracılığıyla banner reklam gösterilir. AdMob; reklam sunumu, sahteciliğin önlenmesi ve sınırlı ölçüm amacıyla cihazınızın reklam kimliği ve yaklaşık konum gibi sinyalleri işleyebilir. Bu işleme Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir. Pro sürümde reklam gösterilmez.
4. Çökme ve tanılama kayıtları
Uygulama kararlılığını izlemek için Firebase Crashlytics kullanılır. Bir hata oluştuğunda cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve hata izi gibi teknik bilgiler iletilir. Bu kayıtlar sorunların giderilmesi amacıyla işlenir; kimliğinizle eşleştirilmez.
5. Satın almalar
Pro yükseltmesi tek seferlik bir satın almadır ve ödeme tamamen Google Play tarafından işlenir. Kart veya ödeme bilgileriniz uygulamaya iletilmez; uygulama yalnızca satın almanın tamamlanıp tamamlanmadığı bilgisini görür.
6. Raporlar ve dışa aktarma
Excel ve PDF raporları cihazınızda oluşturulur. Oluşan dosyanın kiminle ve hangi uygulama üzerinden paylaşılacağı tamamen sizin seçiminizdir; geliştiriciye herhangi bir kopya gönderilmez.
7. Döviz kurları
Güncel kurlar open.er-api.com adresindeki açık servisten alınır. Bu istek kişisel veri içermez.
8. Bildirimler
Hatırlatmalar cihazınız üzerinde yerel olarak planlanır; bildirim içerikleri herhangi bir sunucuya gönderilmez.
9. Verileriniz üzerindeki haklarınız
Tüm yerel verilerinizi Ayarlar > Hesap ve veriler > Verileri sıfırla adımıyla silebilirsiniz. Google ile giriş yaptıysanız "Hesabı sil" işlemi hesabınızı ve buluttaki tüm yedeğinizi kalıcı olarak kaldırır. Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa silme talebinizi chemincyruxstudio@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Kişisel verileriniz satılmaz. Finansal kayıtlarınız hiçbir amaçla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz; ücretsiz sürümde reklam sunumu için AdMob'un işlediği reklam kimliği bunun dışındadır (bkz. 3. madde). Ayrıntılar için aşağıdaki "Hesap ve Veri Silme" bölümüne bakabilirsiniz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman uygulama içinde ve bu sayfada (https://saldora-flow.web.app) yayımlanır; önemli değişikliklerde yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Saldora Flow, developed by Chemin Cyrux Studio, handles personal data. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
1. Where your data is stored
Saldora Flow is local-first. Your transactions, budget limits, subscriptions, installments, debts, savings goals and any custom categories you create are stored primarily on your device, and the app remains fully functional without an internet connection.
2. Google sign-in and cloud sync (optional)
If you choose to sign in with your Google account, your data is backed up to a private Cloud Firestore space reserved for your account and kept in sync across your devices. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. Unless you sign in, no records leave your device.
3. Advertising
The free version displays banner ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process signals such as your device's advertising ID and approximate location for ad delivery, fraud prevention and limited measurement. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy. The Pro version contains no ads.
4. Crash and diagnostic records
Firebase Crashlytics is used to monitor application stability. When an error occurs, technical details such as device model, operating system version and the error trace are transmitted. These records are processed solely to diagnose and fix issues and are not matched to your identity.
5. Purchases
The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Google Play. Your card or payment details are never shared with the app; the app only receives confirmation of whether the purchase completed.
6. Reports and export
Excel and PDF reports are generated on your device. Whether and with whom the resulting file is shared is entirely your choice; no copy is sent to the developer.
7. Exchange rates
Live rates are retrieved from the public service at open.er-api.com. This request contains no personal data.
8. Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device; their content is not sent to any server.
9. Your rights over your data
You can erase all local data via Settings > Account & data > Reset data. If you signed in with Google, "Delete account" permanently removes your account and every cloud backup. If you no longer have access to the app, send your deletion request to chemincyruxstudio@gmail.com; requests are completed within 30 days. Your personal data is never sold. Your financial records are never shared with third parties for any purpose; the exception is the advertising ID processed by AdMob to serve ads in the free version (see section 3). See the "Account & Data Deletion" section below for details.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always available in the app and on this page (https://saldora-flow.web.app); the date above is revised whenever a material change is made.

Feedback submitted via Settings > Support is transmitted to the developer together with the text you write, the contact address you optionally provide, and the app version and language, and is used solely to respond to your request.
Hesap ve Veri Silme

Saldora Flow'da Google hesabınızla oluşturulan hesabı ve buluta yedeklenen tüm verileri istediğiniz an kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)
Ayarlar > Hesap ve veriler > "Hesabı sil" adımına gidin ve onaylayın. Bu işlem: (1) buluttaki tüm yedeklerinizi, (2) Google hesap bağlantınızı (Firebase Authentication kaydını) kalıcı olarak siler. Cihazınızdaki yerel veriler silinmez; onları da silmek için Ayarlar > Hesap ve veriler > Verileri sıfırla adımını kullanın.
E-posta ile silme talebi
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa, giriş yaptığınız Google adresinden chemincyruxstudio@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve size bilgi verilir.
Neler silinir, neler saklanır
Silinen: bulut yedekleri (işlemler, bütçe limitleri, abonelikler, taksitler, borçlar, birikim hedefleri, özel kategoriler) ve hesap kaydı (e-posta/kimlik). Saklanan: cihazınızdaki yerel veriler (siz silmedikçe) ve yasal zorunluluk doğuran kayıtlar (varsa). Ek veri saklama süresi uygulanmaz.
Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Saldora Flow account (created with Google sign-in) and all cloud-backed-up data at any time.
Delete in the app (recommended)
Go to Settings > Account & data > "Delete account" and confirm. This permanently deletes: (1) all of your cloud backups, and (2) your Google account link (Firebase Authentication record). Local data on your device is kept; to remove it too, use Settings > Account & data > Reset data.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, send an email titled "Account deletion request" from the Google address you signed in with to chemincyruxstudio@gmail.com. Requests are completed within 30 days and you will be notified.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: cloud backups (transactions, budget limits, subscriptions, installments, debts, savings goals, custom categories) and the account record (email/identifier). Kept: local data on your device (unless you delete it) and any records required by law (if applicable). No additional retention period applies.
Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Chemin Cyrux Studio tarafından geliştirilen Saldora Flow uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Hizmetin kapsamı
Saldora Flow kişisel bütçe, harcama ve birikim takibi için bir araçtır. Uygulamada sunulan tutarlar, grafikler ve içgörüler yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; mali, yatırım veya vergi danışmanlığı teşkil etmez. Finansal kararlarınızın sorumluluğu size aittir.
2. Hesap ve verileriniz
Google ile giriş isteğe bağlıdır; hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Verilerinizin düzenli olarak yedeklenmesi (bulut eşitleme veya dışa aktarma yoluyla) sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
3. Pro satın alması
Pro, tek seferlik bir yükseltmedir; abonelik içermez. Ödeme, iade ve iptal süreçleri Google Play'in koşullarına ve politikalarına tabidir. Güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulama yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı amaçlarla kullanılamaz. Uygulamanın güvenlik önlemlerini aşmak, kaynak koduna müdahale etmek veya izinsiz kopyalarını dağıtmak yasaktır (yasal zorunlu istisnalar saklıdır).
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Saldora Flow adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı ve içerikleri Chemin Cyrux Studio'ya aittir; kişisel kullanım dışında çoğaltılamaz.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve veri kayıplarından geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Değişiklik sonrası uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
8. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

These Terms of Use govern your use of Saldora Flow, developed by Chemin Cyrux Studio. By installing or using the app you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of the service
Saldora Flow is a tool for tracking personal budgets, spending and savings. Amounts, charts and insights shown in the app are provided for information only and do not constitute financial, investment or tax advice. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.
2. Your account and data
Signing in with Google is optional; you are responsible for the security of your account. Keeping regular backups of your data — via cloud sync or export — is your responsibility.
3. Pro purchase
Pro is a one-time upgrade with no subscription. Payment, refund and cancellation are subject to Google Play's terms and policies. The current price is shown on the purchase screen.
4. Acceptable use
The app may not be used for purposes that violate applicable law. Circumventing its security measures, tampering with its code or distributing unauthorised copies is prohibited, save for mandatory statutory exceptions.
5. Intellectual property
The Saldora Flow name, logo, interface design and content belong to Chemin Cyrux Studio and may not be reproduced beyond personal use.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer accepts no liability for indirect damages or loss of data.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is published on this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
